Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Accountability

We're seeking a dynamic Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Accountability to lead our efforts in fostering continuous improvement for the Local Educational Agencies in Nevada County. This key leadership role will oversee the development and implementation of professional development programs, leveraging Improvement and Implementation Science. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead teams and support districts and charters in areas like Universal Design for Learning, instructional coaching, and differentiated assistance, ultimately driving student achievement. Knowledge of the California System of Support and Accountability in California is key to ensure the success of the candidate we seek.
