Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Resident Services Program Coordinator serves as the program coordinator and administrative point of contact for Nevada HAND’s Resident Services Department (RSD) leadership team, which consists of the Director of Resident Services and the Assistant Director of Resident Services.
This position is responsible for coordinating the activities and programs enjoyed by residents while managing the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: data monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis; report development and distribution; end-user training and continued implementation.
Essential Functions and Work Duties:
The Resident Services Program Coordinator fulfills the following essential functions under the direction of the Director of Resident Services and, as directed, coordinates with other NHI department staff, residents, and collaborative partner organizations. Additional work functions and duties may be assigned.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for the RSD leadership team by preparing consistent and accurate reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Provide phone and communications support, including responding to emails, scheduling, and sending out updates.
- Assist with the planning and execution of RSD meetings, activities, programs, and events.
- In preparation for meetings gather and maintain information and required documentation for reports.
- Record meeting minutes, as assigned.
- Support coworkers by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of work and information.
- Assist site-staff with the production of resident calendars and flyers.
- Review, code and submit all vendor invoices, billing statements, receipts, and other items to Resident Service Directors for approval.
- Return community calls received to support the agency's overall mission.
Program Coordination
- Conduct research and analysis of programs and program needs, assist in the implementation and evaluation of programming.
- Assist with special projects by collecting, entering, and tracking metrics for reporting purposes.
- Assist with program development and coordination of activities at sites in coordination with RSD leadership and Resident Service Coordinators.
- Supporting partnership engagement aligned with RSD pillars.
- Partner with inter-department teams to assist and coordinate efforts for successful programming and resident engagement.
- Provide technical support and review for the successful submission of applications for community resources to established service partners.
- Accurately complete and submit applications for assistance for the community at large, with established service partners.
Database Administration and Management
- Plan and implement ETO trainings and provide ETO system support to the Resident Services staff.
- Review, monitor, and compile the Resident Services Coordinators’ data and TouchPoint entries in ETO.
- As requested, provide guidance and technical support to Resident Services Managers and Resident Services Coordinators to ensure data quality and timely, accurate reporting.
- Serve as a System Administrator for the ETO Resident Services database, with responsibility for data monitoring, data compilation, and report development.
- Monitor and report RSD outcome data & KPIs and provide initial analysis in support of the department’s quarterly and annual goals and objectives.
Other Functions and Work Duties:
- Perform other duties as from time to time may be determined necessary for the well-being of the total operation.
- Coordinate specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of work and information.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and 3 years work experience or volunteer experience advancing the wellbeing of low- income seniors, families, working-age adults, and/or youth OR a High School Diploma, or equivalent, and 7 years work experience or volunteer experience advancing the wellbeing of low-income seniors, families, working-age adults, and/or youth.
- Valid Driver License.
- Experience in local, state, and federal agencies and private social service agencies is a plus.

- Ability to read, write, and speak English. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Stooping - frequently bending body downward and forward by bending the spine at the waist, requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.
