Responsibilities
Summary of the position:
The Clinical Support Team Representative (CST) is serves in a supportive role to providers and medical staff to assure patient clinical needs are addressed in a timely manner. The position is responsible for supporting patients with referrals, provider communication, prior authorization, and medication refill requests. Also assists with appointment scheduling. The position works in a support services environment and communicates with patients over the phone.
This position is full-time and located in Las Vegas, NV. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package with paid time off and paid holidays. The pay rate for this position is $17.50/hr. Apply today to be a part of our great team!
Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal, reading and writing skills required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with data entry and general familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems
- Previous experience with multiple phone lines preferred
- Time management skills, excellent customer service skills
