- Own the HR function – Oversee hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and staffing strategies.
- Run payroll seamlessly – Prepare and submit semi-monthly payroll while maintaining accurate timecard and attendance records.
- Shape our team – Recruit, screen, and onboard top talent to support our company’s growth.
- Ensure compliance – Stay ahead of HR laws and regulations, ensuring our policies align with best practices.
- Support employee engagement – Develop training programs, enhance safety initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Be the go-to HR expert – Address employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and company procedures.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred); SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Tech-savvy with HR tools – Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Paycom is preferred.
- Integrity & discretion – You handle confidential information with professionalism and trustworthiness.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws & compliance – You ensure HR policies align with legal standards.
