As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll work alongside leadership to enhance HR operations, streamline payroll and processes, and foster a thriving company culture as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the HR function – Oversee hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and staffing strategies.
  • Run payroll seamlessly – Prepare and submit semi-monthly payroll while maintaining accurate timecard and attendance records.
  • Shape our team – Recruit, screen, and onboard top talent to support our company’s growth.
  • Ensure compliance – Stay ahead of HR laws and regulations, ensuring our policies align with best practices.
  • Support employee engagement – Develop training programs, enhance safety initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Be the go-to HR expert – Address employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and company procedures.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred); SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Tech-savvy with HR tools – Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Paycom is preferred.
  • Integrity & discretion – You handle confidential information with professionalism and trustworthiness.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws & compliance – You ensure HR policies align with legal standards.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
