Job Description
Provide support and installation of IT equipment; PCs, printers, networking components, etc. Support current software and hardware technology infrastructure. Test, evaluate and introduce new technologies to increase productivity and business opportunities. Provide help desk and on-call support.
The IT Tech is required to:
- Reset passwords
- Unlock user accounts
- Establish and document procedures
- Setup new user accounts
- Setup print servers
- Disable network accessibility
- Software support assistance (e-mail, phone, in person)
- Respond to systems emergencies, recoveries and outages
- Communicate to efficiently manage open calls
- Perform all other duties assigned.
Job Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Possess strong communication. organization, and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and projects and perform them with a high level of accuracy.
- Must have the ability to sit and perform computer work for long periods of time. Able to bend, lift, and push up to 50lbs as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean, current DMV printout.
- Must have proof of vehicle insurance.
