A valid driver's license is required for this driving position.

The Surveillance Technician I reports to the Surveillance Supervisor and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of surveillance equipment.

Job Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Working knowledge of basic computer networking;
• Nice, friendly, and willing to work attitude;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments;
• Valid driver’s license and clean, current DMV printout;
• Ability to obtain proper work cards and other certifications as needed;
• Ability to sit and perform computer work for long periods of time;
• Ability to work with ladders and relevant high lift equipment;
• Ability to bend, lift, and push up to 50lbs as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Alarm system installation;
• Basic cabling – Install, Pulling cable, testing cable, labeling cables by camera number;
• Basic computer skills;
• Basic IP & Port IPv4 setup;
• Basic network switch commands;
• Basic networking fundamentals;
• Basic troubleshooting techniques, analog;
• Basic troubleshooting techniques, digital (IP);
• Basic video profile;
• Cat6 Terminations;
• Company vehicle maintenance procedures, tool accountability and inspection;
• Direction and focus of cameras, hanging cameras, pointing cameras per layout;
• Full surveillance room system – Install, gaming floor – Install;
• Installing Wave Server;
• Low voltage use, Installation and maintenance;
• Proper preventive maintenance procedures;
• Safety & inspections;
• Setting up network client;
• Video & audio camera setup, video & audio camera setup OSD;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
