We are now accepting applications for a Private / Professional Banking Operations Officer to join our team. This position is fully in office and is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Functions:
Prepare client files which include CIP, BSA, and personal financial information.
Work with Professional Banking Officers to review and update client files annually.
Prepare new account documentation for Professional Banking Officers.
Verify all new accounts for accuracy and completion.
Monitor daily reporting and daily activity.
Assists with developing strategies to most effectively meet our customer's needs.
Assists in opening new accounts, cross sell bank products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's and some experience with private banking products, banking systems, policies, and procedures, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Basic knowledge of the bank's products, policies, compliance including state and federal regulations, security, and daily reports.
Advanced knowledge of audit policies and procedures.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of the bank's software applications for research on loans, wires, deposits, and any problems that may arise.
