Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social skills, and emotional growth.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support each child's development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily activities to enhance children's learning experiences.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or childcare settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques and early childhood development principles.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles within the classroom.
