The Executive Director/Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the center in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures of the Company, the Corporate Integrity Agreement, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations governing long-term care centers. The Executive Director/Administrator is responsible for achieving fiscal success of the center, for developing and coordinating department head teamwork and overall employee relations, ensuring the delivery of quality care and services, and advancing business development in the center’s marketplace.

Professional Experience/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current State of Massachusetts Administrator’s LNHA license.
- Three years or greater experience in long term care health and administrative management.
- Five years or greater experience working directly in a long-term care or sub-acute medical center.
