Responsibilities

- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Provide technical knowledge regarding solar products and installation processes to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
