Duties
- Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to walk homeowners through your bill analysis, custom design, and financial impact.
- Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Provide technical knowledge regarding solar products and installation processes to clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales at a reputable company, we will not hire any green candidates.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with software tools such as EnFin and Axia for managing project tasks with partners from initial consultation to installation.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales team.
- Technical sales experience is beneficial for effectively conveying product information.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; personal vehicle will be used.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
