We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to lead our accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely billing, collections, and cash flow optimization.
What You’ll Do (And Rock at):

- Leveraging your profesional experience in job costing.
- Showing us the 'tricks of the trade' regarding T&M billing and the billing process in general.
- Manage AR functions with precision-billing, collections, and DSO reduction.
- Build strong relationships with customers (because who doesn’t love getting paid on time?)
- Develop and present financial reports to leadership, making data-driven magic happen.
- Collaborate with Project Management to track billing progress and ensure compliance.
- Implement process improvements and automation to streamline AR efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies-think detective work, but for numbers.
- Support audit compliance and maintain financial transparency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP-you know the drill).
- ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Great Plains, etc.)
- A sharp eye for detail, a love for numbers, and a drive for accuracy.
