New Albany Country Club is accepting applications for golf academy attendants for the upcoming 2025 Golf Season.
The Golf Academy Attendants at New Albany Country Club are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to members and guests at the Golf Academy.
This is a part-time, hourly position.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $12 per hour, paid biweekly. Free employee meals while on duty, staff uniform, golf play, and practice privileges.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all members have signed in on sign-in sheets.
- Consistent upkeep and cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facility.
- Stock the indoor hitting bays and the outdoor tee deck with golf balls throughout the day.
- Pick and clear the chipping greens and rake the practice bunkers.
- Provide members with water and towels while they practice.
- Clean members clubs.
- Daily closing procedures of sweeping and mopping the academy floor, vacuuming the hitting mats and teaching bays, restocking golf balls inside for the next day, and breaking down the outdoor hitting area.
Requirements:
- - Must be 16 with a valid driver's license.
- - Familiar with the game and rules of golf.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Be available to work, on average, at least two shifts a week, with afternoon availability (ranging from noon to 8pm)
Work Attire:
- Khaki slacks or skirts worn with black belts, club-issued golf shirts, club-issued hats (optional), and black or white athletic shoes.
- · No visible logos other than the NACC club logo are permitted.
