JOB MISSION:
The Enablement Specialist is a hybrid role of instructional design and training execution. You will design and develop learning content across a variety of topics to help drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our associates. In doing so, you will work collaboratively with business partners and SMEs. Using knowledge of the training tools, the role will bring critical thinking skills to engagements to suggest innovative solutions. In addition to creating new content, they will also maintain, update and improve existing content using current and emerging technologies. You will deliver training to associates as assigned in conjunction with DTC and Wholesale Program managers.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Works closely with Program Managers, Enablement Specialists and business SME’s to understand business processes and system functionality for target audience’s training needs
- Translate processes and procedures into compelling and effective training materials
- Manage training material development process inclusive of a review process to ensure materials are complete and accurate
- Responsible for managing the full life cycle of our training materials
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Maintains training templates and standards
- Execute classroom training as needed
- 3 of content development or similar experience
- 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Operations
- Experience with eLearning tools and platforms (LMS, Articulate, CRM Knowledge, WalkMe etc.)
- Current Certified WalkMe Digital Adoption Solution Builder
- Experience with web applications and programming languages/tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's
- Experience with web-based meeting tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.)
- Ability and interested to learn new skills
- General understanding of project management
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
