Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and social development of students. This role involves engaging with students in various subjects, including preschool education, physical education, and literacy education, while also supporting the individual needs of each child.

Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
• Educate students in various subjects, including but not limited to preschool concepts, physical education, and literacy skills.
• Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages positive behavior.
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized support to enhance childhood development.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support special education needs when applicable.
• Foster a love for learning by incorporating hands-on activities and interactive lessons into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with childhood development theories and practices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
