Work time:
* Full time: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
* Part-time: at least 3 days per week, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Description:
1. Video Editing & Production
* Edit high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven TikTok short videos for product promotions.
* Optimize videos based on TikTok trends, effects, transitions, and music.
* Enhance storytelling with captions, animations, and effects to maximize engagement.
2. Content Optimization & Trend Analysis
* Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes to create competitive content.
* Conduct A/B testing of different video formats to optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
3. E-Commerce Integration
* Edit videos to highlight key product features, benefits, and call-to-action (CTA) for TikTok Shop.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align video content with promotional campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Workflow Management
* Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and live streaming teams to ensure consistent branding.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above, TikTok short video experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
* Strong abstract logical thinking and data analysis skills, oriented towards data and results.
* Strong coordination and communication skills, adept at cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
* Mandarin is plus
