As a Foreman, you'll be at the forefront of our job sites, ensuring projects are completed smoothly, effectively, and safely. You'll lead by example, utilizing your advanced carpentry skills and management expertise to drive exceptional quality and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, mentoring others, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform advanced carpentry tasks on job sites.
- Maintain New Blue's high-quality standards and complete detailed checklists.
- Build and foster positive client relationships by addressing their needs and resolving concerns promptly.
- Plan weekly activities, including material, labor, and equipment needs, in partnership with the Project Manager.
- Identify and communicate changes or additional work requirements to the Project Manager.
- Lead the production team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, prioritizing job site cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Deliver projects with a Zero Punch List mindset, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven journeyman-level carpentry skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide teams and resolve issues effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- A client-focused approach, ensuring a professional and responsive interaction.
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and maintaining a safe, clean job site.
- Experience with planning and delegation in construction environments.
