We're seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer (also known as a Web Strategist) responsible for delivering customer success by facilitating the coordination of website-based projects to completion. Through customer engagement, you will bring strategic user experience value to address key persona pain points and drive website conversion. You are able to think on your feet and make intelligent decisions to solve for the user and create high-quality deliverables with tactical precision to accomplish the customer’s business objectives.

Your Day-to-Day
  • You will be the client-facing project manager and primary point of contact overseeing website design and development for a portfolio of B2B technology companies.
  • You will identify client business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics for website-based projects.
  • You will craft data-driven strategies through web audits and wireframes to help your clients achieve their goals.
  • You will monitor client success through analytics and recommend solutions.
  • You will assist in the quick resolution of client-facing challenges or issues.
Your First Year
Within 90 days you will:
  • Participate in our robust onboarding process and role-based training. We’re excited to support your success from Day 1.
  • Get to know your portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Start your involvement in regular communication with clients and internal teams on client performance, demand generation plans, and in-flight initiatives.
  • Immerse yourself in becoming an expert in Hubspot’s Hubs, completing the certifications required of an Elite partner.
Within 6 months you will:
  • Begin to coordinate projects to ensure scope and budget are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Conduct website audits and generate user experience, conversion rate optimization, content strategy, and user interface improvements/recommendations.
  • Create wireframes to present recommended layouts based on content strategy and page objectives.
  • Create content outlines and communicate content strategies to assist your clients in the content creation process.
  • Manage and allocate developers’ time and tasks.
Within 1 Year You Will:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Web team to support team learning and growth.
  • Help solve for process inefficiencies to improve the client journey and internal productivity.
  • Proactively identify business and operational opportunities that will drive your professional growth.
About You
  • You have 1-2 years of professional work experience (e.g, website strategy, marketing strategy, UX design, UI design).
  • You have managed a portfolio of clients in an agency setting, and have brought website-based projects to completion.
  • You have experience creating wireframes for clients.
  • You have working knowledge of applications such as Sketch, InVision, HubSpot, WordPress, and/or Hotjar.
  • You have working knowledge of web analytics and tracking implementation using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or others.
  • You approach change with curiosity and are open to adapting processes to keep pace with the rapidly growing HubSpot ecosystem.
