We are currently seeking a part-time Substance Abuse Counselor for our adult residential program located in the Berkeley hills.
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience in substance abuse treatment
- Individual and group counseling skills
- Understanding of co-occurring issues
- Motivational interviewing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Registered to become certified or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor
- One (1) year experience in substance abuse treatment
- DMC-ODS knowledge a plus
- Computer skills
