Position Overview:
The Client Service Specialist will play a vital role in our agency by providing customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support to clients and potential clients, via phone, email and other means, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
· Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, addressing billing questions and notices, certificate management, and organization of client files.
· Communicates update to leadership, co-workers and clients.
· Takes notes and maintains accurate files and data.
· Greets guests and visitors and directs them appropriately.
· Orders supplies and maintains office supply closet.
· Other duties as necessary or assigned.
Position Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience required
· Insurance experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Strong phone communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies.
· Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
