Marketing Support
We’re seeking a creative, organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator for an entry level role to support our growing sales and marketing teams. This role will play a vital part in coordinating marketing campaigns and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities For The Role
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to enhance our brand’s online and offline presence.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including email marketing, social media, and events.
- Scheduling of social media posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Help update the company website and digital content.
- Support the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collateral (brochures, sell sheets, event flyers etc.).
- Coordinate vendor, customer, and internal company events.
- Follow-up with the sales team regarding online leads and track the lead status.
- Support our sales team with the CRM, as needed.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library.
- Keep inventory of promotional materials organized and distributed as needed.
- Ordering of office materials as requested.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in a sales/marketing support role - willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Suites.
- Excellent organizational, task management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, shifting priorities, and working independently.
- Experience with graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Familiarity with construction/building materials industry.
- Basic understanding of and interest in marketing.
