The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources operations at our independent hotel.Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of the Human Resources functionWork with the management team to empower their people management skills through trainings, development, coaching / counselingEnsure compliance to corporate policy, procedureBe familiar with federal, state and local guidelines / lawsEstablish local standard operating procedures, stemming from company handbook and policy, to ensure successful people operationsManage the entire hire and onboarding cycle for employeesConduct orientationsResponsible for all aspects of HR complianceWork with management to put together training checklists for their staffConduct team wrap sessions, and help build hotel wide cultureLead engagement for the property, and work with management to keep recognition running within each departmentOther duties as assigned
