- Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers while maintaining accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in hospital medicine practices.
- Manage care for geriatric patients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
- Conduct regular assessments of unit operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitate staff training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including those related to critical care and ICU management.

Skills
- Strong background in utilization management and experience administering injections.

- Experience working in an operating room (OR) environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as required.
