Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other staff members.
- Develop and implement effective nursing procedures and systems.
- Evaluate and assess the delivery of quality guest care and staff performance.
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAAs) and develop plans of care.
- Evaluate guest responses to interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments correctly.
Qualifications
- Current state nursing licensure required.
- CPR certification and additional specialty certifications desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
