New Centurions, Inc. is a faith-based, substance-abuse treatment provider dedicated to providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient services for individuals facing substance abuse challenges.
We are seeking a full-time Director of Outpatient Services to offer guidance and oversight of our outpatient programs located in Gadsden and Pell City. This position is crucial in ensuring that our services align with our mission and meet the needs of the community we serve.
The Director of Outpatient Services will perform a multitude of functions related to social services and business management of the outpatient programs. The director assures the general day-to-day functions of outpatient programming are met, assures staff perform their respective duties in an efficient and therapeutic manner, and assures that high-quality clinical care is delivered. Additionally, the Director is responsible for ensuring that clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a Human Services field
- Drug Counseling experience or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgets
