About the Role
This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the agronomy department.
The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills, with a focus on developing sales skills and providing unbiased and customized recommendations to customers.
A key member of our agronomy team, you will work closely with location managers and operations team members to ensure timely service to customers.
We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about sales marketing programs within the agronomy department and has a passion for continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Present customers with agronomy services and products that meet their specific needs.
- Provide unmatched customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Identify potential customers and build relationships with prospects.
- Work to achieve personal, regional, and company-wide sales goals.
You will also be responsible for resolving customer disputes in a timely manner and escalating issues when necessary.
In addition, you will assist in creating SOILMAP recommendations, yield mapping, and NRCS nutrient management plans.
