Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coon Rapids, MN, for a Site Director at New Creations Child Care & Learning Center. The Site Director will oversee the daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing educational programs, maintaining compliance with state regulations, providing excellent customer service, and fostering positive relationships with parents and the community.
Qualifications
- Experience in Childcare and Early Childhood Development
- Strong background in Education and implementing educational programs
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
