We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team at New Dynasty Construction Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, scope, and cost to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead the engineering and technical aspects of construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and procurement plans
- Oversee and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- ~5 years of experience in construction project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety standards
- Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
