We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at New Dynasty Construction Co.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Specifically, the responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and managing project schedules, cost estimates, and procurement plans.
- Oversight and coordination of construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other necessary paperwork.
- Regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and senior management, to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Risk assessments and implementation of mitigation strategies to address potential project delays or budget overruns.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
You should also possess:
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety standards.
- A strong understanding of project management software (e.g., Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project).
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong understanding of contract negotiation, change management, and construction-related legal requirements.
