Position Summary
The Program Director – Education is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all educational programs. The Program Director will lead strategic planning to ensure educational programs are innovative, responsive to community needs, and aligned with organizational goals. This individual will also implement best practices in educational delivery and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. The Program Director – Education will drive the success of educational programs, ensuring they meet compliance, performance, and financial objectives. Additionally, the Program Director is an ambassador of NEW's mission, actively contributing to the organization's objectives and ensuring alignment. As an ambassador for the organization, this person is also responsible for actively supporting the overall mission and vision of NEW.

This individual will possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence in education, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive success. Program Oversight :
- Review and assess the effectiveness of existing educational programs. Make recommendations for program enhancements and present these recommendations to the CEO to drive continuous improvement and align programs with organizational goals. Regularly evaluate program outcomes to ensure success and impact.
- Conduct regular site visits to educational program locations to build relationships, provide support, and ensure that programs are being delivered effectively. Strengthen the connection between staff and leadership by offering guidance, resources, and motivation to ensure high-quality program execution.
