Job Summary: The Respiratory Therapy Program Director is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and implementation of the respiratory therapy program. This role involves ensuring the program meets accreditation standards, providing leadership to faculty and staff, and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the respiratory therapy program curriculum in accordance with programmatic accreditation standards.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
- Current registration or certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
