Position Overview :
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the branch. Your role is to ensure that the branch effectively represents the organizations brand through exceptional sales and customer service, while maintaining control over daily operations and mitigating risks. You will lead the team to achieve branch goals and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Must have De Novo experience
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational controls.
- Set clear goals for team members, communicate expectations, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Comply with banking regulations, including BSA / AML and Know Your Customer protocols.
- Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and motivation to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, daily briefings, and weekly debrief sessions with staff to review performance and strategies.
- Manage the branch budget, ensuring revenue and expenses align with branch objectives.
- Identify and approach potential business clients to establish relationships, assess their needs, and introduce appropriate banking products and services.
