What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Sales Professional position at New Empire Corp?
Position summary:
- New Empire is seeking a residential sales professional, preferably with condominium experience to handle the sales of new development projects
- Implement strategies to increase sales performance
- Perform market and competitive analysis
- Communicate and coordinate with brokers and prospective purchasers
- Participate in events to increase promotion of new development projects
- Provide weekly reports on sales status
Position requirements:
- The offices are located in Brooklyn Sunset Park and 51st & Lex. Be able to travel throughout NYC to our construction development projects.
- Experience in Real Estate (Preferably Condominium Sales)
- Preferred Candidates to speak bi-lingual in Chinese-Mandarin or Cantonese
- Real Estate Development background preferred
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Must be organized and meticulous with a proactive and collaborative approach to completing projects and meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel in the boroughs of NYC
- Strong written and oral communication skills
