By working with children, adolescents, and young adults providing direct care and ABA instruction across a broad spectrum. —academic, social, self-control, ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), communication, and job skills, you’re helping them build essential skills for independence and success.
Collaborate on IEP development and assist in educational program design, which offers the opportunity to tailor your approach to each individual, ensuring that their unique needs are met. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Massachusetts Licensure in Severe Special Education preferred
- Proficiency in the application of the principles of ABA and supervisory experience are highly desirable.
- Red Cross CPR certification (child, adult, and AED) or CPR completion with NECC training team
- A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required.
- Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proven leadership ability are a must for this position.
