We are currently looking for a fulltime Manufacturing Liner Operator to join our team!
Overview: Operate machines that produce our liner product and pull liner from stock to cut to size. The ideal candidate would take pride in their work, as well as be observant throughout their shift to ensure product quality and a clean/safe work environment.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setup, operate and monitor automatic rolling machines
- Measure coil steel rolls, and utilize internal software to document material usage
- Roll liner into coils, and carry liner to warehouse/storage
- Pull liner from stock, and cut to size for orders
- Operate a hoist system to assist lifting coil steel
- Maintain a clean work area
- Take direction, and assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
- Ability to be on your feet for most of your shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adjust workflow throughout the day
- Must take pride in your work, and pay attention to the product you are producing
- Must be a team player
- Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication/rolling is a plus.
