Overview
New England Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of corporate accounting practices. As a key member of our management team, the Controller will play a crucial role in guiding the organization's financial strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Duties
- Manage all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Maintain accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow and manage collections effectively.
- Implement and monitor cash management strategies to enhance liquidity and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial concepts that support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in both corporate and public accounting contexts.
- Utilize financial software to streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review by senior management.

Skills
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Proficient in general ledger reconciliation techniques and practices.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with cash management strategies and their implementation.
- Experience with various financial software tools for efficient reporting and analysis.
- Background in corporate accounting as well as public accounting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
