About the Role:
The Account Executive, Ticket Sales will be a key difference maker in the Free Jacks league
leading ticketing program. Their primary objective will be to grow the Free Jacks brand and
reach through season membership, group, and individual ticket sales by prospecting and
developing relationships with key decision makers. The Account Executive, Ticket Sales will be
expected to provide exceptional customer service, creating lasting relationships and amazing
experiences for Free Jacks fans that keep them coming back year after year.
Responsibilities:
• Maximize New England Free Jacks ticket sales revenue through the sale of Season
Ticket Memberships, Group Tickets, and Individual Game Tickets.
• Meet and exceed personal and team ticket revenue goals.
• Initiate new business through, but not limited to, outbound calls, meetings, networking
events and email campaigns.
• Attend and prospect new business relationships at corporate, community, philanthropic,
and other industry events.
• Collaborate with members of the New England Free Jacks Front Office including
community, marketing, and sponsorship departments to maximize ticket sales revenue.
• Work with members of other departments on New England Free Jacks organization
initiatives that may fall outside the ticket sales vertical.
• Staff the Veterans Memorial Stadium box office for New England Free Jacks home
matches and other events hosted at the venue.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both current and potential fans and clients.
• Represent the New England Free Jacks in a positive and professional manner.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Vice President of Ticketing
Qualifications:
● 1 years of sales experience is required, preferably with a sports team or organization
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
● Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management software.
● Passion for sports and creating memorable fan experiences.
● A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year including incentives
