A Budtender ensures that each customer is treated with compassion and respect while at New England Harvest and that each customer receives the appropriate amount of individualized attention in order to address his/her specific needs and questions. A Budtender Agent’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and productive environment ensuring a positive experience at New England Harvest;
- Answering customers regarding products sold at New England Harvest including but not limited to flowers, concentrates, tinctures, and edibles;
- Being knowledgeable of strains and various types of products offered by New England Harvest;
- Properly setting up product displays according to New England Harvest policies and procedures;
- Executing and enforcing compliance with the Cannabis Commission and New England Harvest regulations;
- Understanding sales transactions using Leaf Logix and proper utilization of the Commission’s MMJ online system for verification purposes;
- Reconciling cash from sales transactions, sales reports, and other forms of task management daily; and
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development as required.
Knowledge is not a requirement, you will learn a lot from working in the business, however, is definitely a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
