Clinical Supervisor
New England Medical Group provides integrative behavioral healthcare and addiction services. Our holistic approach seeks to bridge the gaps in services for people seeking medical and therapeutic professional support. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Supervisor with a passion for helping people at our Adult Mental Health Day treatment facility in Milford, MA.
Position Overview: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services of the program, including the training and supervision of all clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor is a key leader on the Management Team and works closely with the VP of Clinical Services to continually improve services and develop program offerings. They will support compliance with fiscal, ethical and legal standards and the core values and mission of New England Medical Group. This is a full-time Monday- Friday on site position.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate all clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Manage ongoing compliance and record keeping of all clinical services with county, state and federal regulatory agencies
- Adhere to the required HIPAA and documentation requirements as identified by regulatory agencies
- Review treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence in order to verify that such documents meet county, state and federal agency standards
- Work with the VP of Clinical Services to implement patient treatment plans that provide integrative and personalized care that are aligned with the mission and objectives of New England Medical Group.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
- Works closely with leadership and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree required
- Independent licensure (LMHC or LICSW) preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience in mental health care field preferred
- Clinical compliance, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and values-based leadership.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current federal and state employment laws and healthcare standards.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
