The Member Clothing Logistics tech manages the clothing, donations, and hygiene needs of members during their time in services with New Freedom at both men’s and women’s facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and organizes bags for new members coming into New Freedom programming
- Receives and processes donated clothing and other items, ensuring that they are effectively sorted and stored
- Effectively manages the storage of clothing, donations, and hygiene supplies, ensuring that all supplies are organized, folded, and well-stocked
- Maintains the inventory and storage of any/all purchased clothing or hygiene items, ensuring overflow rooms are maintained and items are effectively tracked, stored, and issued
- Assists with taking members to the donation room to select the necessary items, when needed
- Completes assessment need forms for members when additional hygiene items are needed
- Helps to effectively de-escalate and redirect members to the appropriate staff/department, as appropriate
- Documents any/all member engagements in the electronic health record, as required
- Manages ordering of clothing for member needs at both facilities, working closely with Supervisors and New Freedom Project
- Effectively meets any/all outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring the highest quality and level of member care and engagement is provided
- Receives and actively engages in clinical supervision and oversight each week/month based on BHPP/BHT designation requirements, including completion of all continuing education requirements, as required
- In addition, all other duties as assigned
