New Frontier Touring is looking to fill the position of Bookkeeper. The Responsibilities of this role are to manage all office processes including payables, payroll oversight, and cashflow. Also, prepare weekly financial statements and payments for all active artists on the roster. Work with artists and managers accurately and beneficially resolving statement disputes. Process and posts all deposits (checks, wires, ACH) to Quick Books and Excel-based statements.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all office processes including payables, payroll oversight, and HR policy.
- Prepare weekly financial statements and payments for all active artists on the roster.
- Work with artists and managers accurately and beneficially resolving statement disputes.
- High volume of Accounts Receivable, and Processing and posting all deposits (checks, wires, ACH) to Quick Books and Excel-based statements.
- Assisting with office management such as phone/internet support, ordering office supplies, and tracking autoshipped orders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with a music/entertainment company
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and excellent time management capabilities
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and take ownership of work
Additional Job Information:
- Full-time position (On-Site) based in Nashville, TN
- Salary dependent upon experience
- Paid Vacation plus Holidays including 10-14 paid break from Christmas to New Years
