New Generation Academy, a fully accredited school, is seeking to hire Bi-Lingual High School Math Tutors
Job Description (Required):
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Algebra 1 proficiency is required.
- This is a face-to-face opportunity only.
- You will work with our partner schools in the public school setting to increase student achievement.
- Tutors should be equipped to accelerate student learning using various curriculum resources provided by the school and partner organizations.
- You will use student data to differentiate Algebra 1 math instruction for your students and adapt lesson plans as needed.
- Tutors must have at least 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching in the subject area(s).
- Tutors should be available during the school day for their assignments (approximately 8 a.m.—4 p.m.)
- Prospects must pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprints.
- Paid pre-service training and in-service professional development are provided.
- Must be able to commute to the South Fulton Area (College Park or East Point).
- There are multiple positions available, so please share with your network of qualified candidates.
