The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays and member of Minor League Baseball. The Fisher Cats are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individual motived to make Delta Dental Stadium the most clean and safe experience in the Eastern League and uphold its reputation as “Best Ballpark” as voted on by fans. The Stadium Operations Assistant is a seasonal position that will primarily focus on maintaining, cleaning, and activating Delta Dental Stadium.

Primary Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities for the Stadium Operations Assistant include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for game day/event setup of stadium
- Perform daily stadium maintenance and repair facility equipment as needed.
- Serves as game day liaison with cleaning contractor and ensure satisfactory pre and post-game cleaning of the stadium.
- Responsible for closing of stadium on game days.
- Assist other departments with any maintenance needs.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Attributes Required:
- Candidates should be HIGHLY MOTIVATED and TEAM ORIENTED
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as business indicates.
- Mechanically inclined, ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to lift heavy objects
