A REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO WORK


Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage with property owners who are motivated to sell below market value.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.


Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Assess property values, conduct market analysis, and structure deals that meet both seller and investor requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.


Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with investors, ensuring a steady flow of cash buyers for our portfolio of wholesale deals.
  • Provide ongoing support and market updates to both sellers and investors to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.


Marketing & Outreach:

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design targeted campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Utilize social media, email campaigns, and local advertising to increase visibility within the New Haven market.


Transaction Coordination

  • Work closely with our administrative team to ensure all documentation and legal requirements are met throughout the transaction process.
  • Follow up with clients post-transaction to gather feedback and secure referrals.


Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance your skills and industry knowledge.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' of sales experience
  • Self-motivated and Team Player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Real Estate License in the State of Florida
