A REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO WORK
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage with property owners who are motivated to sell below market value.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Assess property values, conduct market analysis, and structure deals that meet both seller and investor requirements.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with investors, ensuring a steady flow of cash buyers for our portfolio of wholesale deals.
- Provide ongoing support and market updates to both sellers and investors to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Collaborate with our marketing team to design targeted campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize social media, email campaigns, and local advertising to increase visibility within the New Haven market.
Transaction Coordination
- Work closely with our administrative team to ensure all documentation and legal requirements are met throughout the transaction process.
- Follow up with clients post-transaction to gather feedback and secure referrals.
Continuous Improvement

Qualifications
- 1-2 years' of sales experience
- Self-motivated and Team Player
- Strong communication skills
- Real Estate License in the State of Florida
