Night Watch Assistant Coordinator
New Haven is seeking part time night watch personnel New Haven is a Residential Treatment Center for adolescent girls. At New Haven, our treatment is family focused and valued based.
New Haven offers an AMAZING environment, trainings, quarterly BONUSES/RAISES, and PURPOSE-DRIVEN work. Night Watch position provides the opportunity to monitor and care for the physical and emotional needs of New Haven's students during traditional sleeping hours. Night Watch completes bed checks every 15 minutes. They ensure students are safe. Night Watch assists students who are ill or having difficulties. They must remain alert and awake at all times. Night Watch employees observe and chart student behavior.
Responsibilities
- Be the standard of a excellent employee!
- Work with NW Coordinator to update and distribute Monthly Shift Calendar
- Prep New Hire Packets
- Assist with the training of current and new employees
- Assist with the interviewing process of new applicants
- Assist with managing the paperwork for the house (Filing Q15s, Kitchen and Fridge Temps, etc)
- Update approved mail list binders
- Ability to cover shifts as needed
- Assist NW Coordinator as needed
Qualifications
- Must be female
- Not currently on suspension or probation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years old or older
- Current driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
