Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
- Answer incoming customer Emails and take appropriate action for each Email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Meet or Exceed all Daily Goals and objectives
- Use company CRM-Website to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer inquiry or if that issue requires managerial input
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record update
Qualifications
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Good at multi-tasking
- Organizational Skills, Self-Motivated, Great Attention to Detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
