Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support to Chief Operating Officer.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Maintain calendar and accept messages when appropriate.
- Type and disseminate meeting minutes when appropriate.
- Maintain administrative lists regarding teams and contact information.
- Act as a liaison to Residential Coordinators for processing new applicants and other tasks.
- Act as a liaison to Senior Director of Program Operations.
- Serve as back up support to Executive Secretary.
- Responsible, as part of a team, for providing the highest caliber of clerical support and support services to the Agency as a whole.
- Participate in the staff in-service training programs as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma is required; prior experience in office administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Word, Excel, and TEAMS.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, written and verbal.
- Prolonged sitting and computer work.
- Occasional standing, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling squatting and bending.
- Occasional lifting of 20 lbs., up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Potential for exposure to blood and body fluids.
Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
