Salary :

New Hope CORPS, Inc. seeks a Fund Development Director responsible for creating and executing strategies to secure financial resources to fulfill New Hope's mission to ensure the organization's sustainability and growth. This position will focus on a capital campaign to construct a 25,000 sq ft residential facility, with key characteristics noted below.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fundraising Strategy Development : Design and implement comprehensive fundraising plans targeting various donor groups, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities. This involves setting clear goals, identifying potential funding sources, and determining appropriate fundraising methods.
• Donor Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors. This includes regular communication, personalized engagement, and recognition to foster long-term support.
• Capital Grant Writing and Management : Research and identify grant opportunities, prepare compelling proposals and manage the reporting requirements for awarded grants.
• Event Planning and Execution : Organize and oversee fundraising events such as galas, auctions, and community outreach programs to engage donors and raise funds.
• Marketing and Public Relations : Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, manage social media campaigns, and enhance the organization's public image to attract donors.
• Teamwork and Collaboration : Liaise with support staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve objectives.
