What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Program Manager position at New Hope Ministries?
Do you care about children and families? New Hope Ministries, a respected Christian social service agency, is seeking a manager for its youth and children's programs. In addition to offering food pantries, job training, and social service programs to help individuals and families in need, we have services for low income youth and children with the objectives of reducing the harmful effects of poverty and preparing kids for lives of success.
We are seeking an experienced youth advocate to lead our southern tier children's programs. The qualified applicant should be proficient in teaching parenting and working with the whole family, helping kids achieve academic success, have management experience, and have the desire to share the love of Christ by helping kids and families in need. The successful candidate should be able to obtain their child abuse clearances, have a bachelors degree in education or related field, and have a valid drivers license. Spanish/English language fluency would be a definite advantage.
This position will require travel between several service locations and may include occasional evening or weekend hours. Position includes health insurance, retirement plan, and other benefits.
