Duties

- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding nutrition and lifestyle choices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest research in dietetics and nutrition to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Experience
- A degree in Dietetics or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications.
